Job Description



  • Drives the engagement of shareholders, bondholders, potential investors, and sell-side analysts to ensure the effective and proactive dissemination of ISW Group's strategic information and corporate disclosures.

  • The information disseminated not only projects the financial strength of the Group, but also enables a two-way relationship between the Group and its stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities



  • To support the Head of Investor Relations and GCFO in interactions with market participants and Sourcing and maintaining data relating to external public company comparators

  • Sourcing and maintaining data related to the external payments sector, market analysis and composition in Nigeria, Africa and globally

  • Sourcing and maintaining data related to Interswitch of interest in an investor relations context

  • Preparation and maintenance of presentations to be used with third party investors, debt or equity, potential investors and relevant market participants

  • Ad hoc data sourcing and analysis and presentation preparation

  • Assist in the preparation of press releases covering the business performance and activities

  • Interaction with third party advisors and internal functions on market and fundraising issues

  • Administration of investor program and related stakeholders, such as rating agencies

  • Preparation of draft responses to third party questions and queries


Education and Experience



  • Academic Qualification(s): First Degree (BSc)

  • Professional Qualification(s): Accounting, Economics or Finance Background is preferred

  • Experience (Number of relevant years): A minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services, payments with a strong bias in technology or a background in a technology driven business

  • Appreciable knowledge of data analysis and research.


Key Skills and Competencies:



  • Graduate, preferably in a numerate discipline

  • Several years’ work experience in the banking or investment management sector

  • Good knowledge of excel, PowerPoint

  • Ability to work accurately to tight deadlines

  • Experience of working successfully in virtual teams

  • Able to work independently

  • Critical thinker

  • Constructive approach and outlook.
