Reviewing specific aspects of field Travel & Expense (T&E) reports.
Ensuring that all required receipts/documentation are attached and legible with each report.
Ensuring that a legible Attendee Documentation Sheet (ADS) is attached for each corresponding Concur Lunch & Learn entry and that the data on the ADS matches the Concur entry.
Effectively communicating (timely/concisely) with field managers and sales specialists, when appropriate, to ensure compliance.
Meeting planning (local/regional)
Calendar support (field ride requests, team meetings)
Assisting in the coordination of conventions/congresses staffing.
Preparing and updating routine documents and creating general correspondence.
In coordination with corporate services for any changes/updates to the initiative, begin to take action including Creating templates, Setting up a new SharePoint site, Preparing memos, Developing and maintaining guidelines and formatting, Creating PDF documents, Escalate as appropriate for approvals.
Requirements
Qualified candidates must have a B.Sc in any of the Agricultural Courses.
Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar field
