  • Developing and sustaining solid relationships with company stakeholders and customers.

  • Analyzing customer feedback data to determine whether customers are satisfied with company products and services.

  • Recruiting, training, and guiding business development staff.

  • Providing insight into product development and competitive positioning.

  • Analyzing financial data and developing effective strategies to reduce business costs and increase company profits.

  • Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.

  • Collaborating with company executives to determine the most viable, cost-effective approach to pursue new business opportunities.

  • Meeting with potential investors to present company offerings and negotiate business deals.

  • Responsible for client reporting accuracy including quality checking reporting package once Accounting Portfolio Administrators have finalized accounting datavClient take on for intermediary clients.

  • The Fund Client Service Administrator will be responsible for all aspects of client reporting, including pricing information, investment reports, static data report.

  • Gather account-specific information from various sources (legal documents, JPM systems, internal service partners)

  • Communicate with Onboarding Client Account Managers third party providers to ensure Account Openings are completed accurately and efficiently

  • Coordinate with client’s custodian regarding account opening information, documentation and operational processes


Requirements



  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 years relevant work experience.
