Developing sales strategies to solicit or attract new potential customers through inbound and outbound tactics.
Initiating contact with potential customers through cold-calling or responding to inquiries generated from advertisements and company channels (website, phone etc.)
Creating relationships with prospects to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales.
Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services
Presenting product information to customers once their needs have been identified.
Moving qualified leads through the marketing funnel, connecting them to an account manager, and arranging in-person meetings, emails, or phone calls.
Following up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not make eventual purchase.
Engage current users to expand awareness, educate, ask for referrals, identify new opportunities and develop account intelligence.
Collaborating with account executives to ensure the company's goals and targets are met.
JOB EXPERIENCE
Proven work experience as a Sales Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or simila role
5+ years of sales development operations (preferably with B2B sales)
Strong understanding of company positioning, pricing, and business development strategies for enterprise SaaS companies and multinational OEM’s.
Should be a strategic thinker who can lead the initiatives and build lead generation strategies for the company.
Ability to deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced target focused environment.
Previous experience in handling lead generation processes for enterprise software applications such as HCM, ERP, etc.
