JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop and maintain a blend of technical and soft skills.


• Act as the technical expert during the presales process and provide experienced support to the customer’s technical team to bridge their need with SeamlessHR products.


• Establish thought leadership in a technical specialty with prospects and customers especially C-level executives.


• Provide responses to RFQs, RFIs and RFPs with the appropriate level of business and technical depth depending on the prospect/client organization, contact, and audience.


• Develop and maintain technical, product functionality, and operational knowledge of SeamlessHR software products.


• Work closely with the Engineering, Product and Design teams to understand new product releases and lead trainings / knowledge transfer to sales managers on all product and technical matters. basis.


• Uphold the company’s brand, core values, and culture pillars at all times.

JOB EXPERIENCE

• 3+ years’ experience in presales engineer / solution engineer role.


• 3+ years overall IT / development background in cloud, databases, web development,


• information security, data protection and/or SaaS applications.


• Experience in technical proposal writing (RFPs, RFIs) and POCs. .


• Ability to work diligently and ethically toward the achievement of goals


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Outstanding attention to detail


• Results driven and work well in fast paced environments.


• Self-motivated and high energy


• Good initiative, judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.


• Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
