URGENT RECRUITMENT

Our client, a premium fashion house in the heart of Lekki 1 Lagos is looking to hire a Human Resource Manager who is dynamic, driven and passionate about employee engagement and relations to drive the team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement of HR initiatives and systems


• Provide counseling on policies and procedures


• Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process


• Create and implement effective onboarding plans


• Develop training and development programs


• Develop and implement performance management processes, create KPI's


• Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues


• Maintain employee records (attendance, data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements


• Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance


• Perform other duties that may be assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum BSc/BA/HND Business Administration


• Proven experience as an HR Manager is an added advantage


• Minimum 3 years experience


• Clear communication


• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems.

Salary: ₦150,000.00 - ₦200,000.00 per month
