JOB DESCRIPTION
- Keep front desk/reception tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
- Greet visitors and escort them to the appropriate person.
- Be knowledgeable and updated on company products and services.
- Respond to client inquiries and address complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Perform basic data entry when needed.
- Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department and take down messages.
- Receive all letters and packages, and distribute them to the appropriate recipients.
- Send birthday, felicitation and reminder emails to clients to ensure the Company remains relevant.
- Compile and send the attendance list of all staff as contained in the staff attendance register to the HR at the end of the month.
- Create and maintain updated documents and spreadsheets.
- Record meeting minutes and dictations.
- Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties.
- Direct all the MD’s visitors to the Personal Assistant.
- Check, sort and forward emails.
- Keep updated records and files.
- Prepare and send weekly and monthly report of activities to your HOD.
- Documents site inspection list and keep record [of hospitality tools
- Keeps record of minutes held during departmental meetings.
- Take up other duties as assigned.
Proximity to New Heaven, Enugu is compulsory.
