Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Schedule interviews and confirm candidates' availability.
- Update the internal HR database of the company.
- Assist the Talent Officer in conducting walk-in interviews.
- Document files and answer clients and other employee's inquiries
- Assist in overall compliance with the company’s policies and procedures.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Talent Manager
Qualifications/Experience
- Candidate must reside in Lagos (Lekki Environs)
- Must have a BSC/HND in any Social Sciences or Management Discipline with a minimum of Second Lower/Lower Credit
- Must be done with NYSC
- Must have good interpersonal skills.
- Excellent oral and verbal communication
- Continuous learning mindset
- Must be flexible, knowledgeable, and reliable.
