Job Description

• Greeting customers and offering assistance


• Recommending products or merchandise to help customers


• Answering questions and addressing concerns of clients/customers from the different communication channels of IPC


• Informing customers about sales, promotions and policies


• Demonstrating how products work


• Taking payments for purchases and packaging purchases


• Stocking merchandise and creating displays


• Taking inventory and monitoring sales floor


• Managing transactions at the cash register.


• Receiving product delivery


• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service


• Assist with the sales process by maintaining a fully stocked store


• Keep up to date with product information


• Reroute customer inbound calls to appropriate sales personnel/personnel


• Gather market and customer information


• Closure of customer complaints within a short timeline


• Sell all IPC paints/ products


• Make accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations.


• Advise on forthcoming products developments


• Maintain and develop relationship with existing customers, distributors in person and via telephone calls and emails.

Requirements

• Must be a B.Sc. / HND Holder


• Should be a corps member


• Must have a good command of English and an excellent communicator while communicating with clients.


• Must have a good understanding and be able to use social media applications like (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc).
