Responsibilities



  • Ability to organize, manage and implement all strategic planning administrative duties and functions within the team.

  • Provide high-quality and efficient customer service and administrative duties associated with inquiries, action requests, correspondence, and report preparation.

  • To ensure administrative work is carried out accurately to agreed standards, and within agreed timeframes

  • Ability to understand and comply with the organization's principles, standards, policies, and procedures

  • Assist the Head of Finance and Planning in working towards establishing a fully digitally-based team

  • Assist the Head of Finance and Planning to operate effectively and efficiently through quality management of customer and stakeholder contacts, project planning, corporate services and day-to-day administrative support

  • Assist the Head of Finance and Planning to create agility within the business to respond and adapt to changes within the business environment 


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in any field of study

  • Minimum of 1 - 2 years of working experience in a similar role

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
