Ability to organize, manage and implement all strategic planning administrative duties and functions within the team.
Provide high-quality and efficient customer service and administrative duties associated with inquiries, action requests, correspondence, and report preparation.
To ensure administrative work is carried out accurately to agreed standards, and within agreed timeframes
Ability to understand and comply with the organization's principles, standards, policies, and procedures
Assist the Head of Finance and Planning in working towards establishing a fully digitally-based team
Assist the Head of Finance and Planning to operate effectively and efficiently through quality management of customer and stakeholder contacts, project planning, corporate services and day-to-day administrative support
Assist the Head of Finance and Planning to create agility within the business to respond and adapt to changes within the business environment
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any field of study
Minimum of 1 - 2 years of working experience in a similar role
