Job Description

Who You Are:

• You have at least 7 years work experience


• You have at least 4 years experience as a Software Engineer (Frontend or Backend).


• You have been involved in the entire lifecycle of a SaaS product, from idea to 100 customers.


• You are naturally organised and structured.


• You have a knack for identifying the root cause of any problem.


• You prefer to communicate with writing, than verbally. You document everything.


• You care about customer experience, above everything else.


• You are excited about helping entrepreneurs build successful businesses.

What We Expect:

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers, their needs, challenges, and the competitive landscape


• Oversee the entire product development process, from ideation to launch, ensuring that products are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.


• Support marketing by developing and reviewing product positioning messaging and other content.


• Support sales by delivering exceptional demos to customers, giving them insight into the product, features and how it solves their customer retention needs.


• Call customers and have regular interactions with them to understand their pain points and expectations.


• Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and end products.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, set timelines, and ensure successful product delivery.


• Work closely with engineers to ensure we are delivering high-quality experiences to customers while moving as fast as possible.


• Define and execute go-to-market strategies that drive product adoption and revenue growth


• Iterate on how the PressOne brand is expressed visually in the product, improving the app's visual clarity, consistency, and delight.


• Constantly review product engagement analytics, and make recommendations for redesigns based on consumer preferences.


• Serve as a product evangelist and subject matter expert to the technical/developer community.


• Coordinate beta tests.


• Define success criteria for testing and product acceptance.


• Facilitate the creation and maintenance of proper product documentation.
