The commercial services lead is responsible for artists' sales across digital and physical, as needed.
AUTHORITY
Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with local and international digital and physical sales platforms channels.
To lobby for marketing spots on key sales outlets while developing strategies to increase revenue for releases with Artist Team and key departments.
The Commercial Services Manager drives sales campaigns, distributes the record, tracks earnings, and records inflow for reporting to the Artist.
RESPONSIBILITY
Upload all songs on the Co-Op platform for distribution through ADA feeds to DSPS.
Set up monthly calls to pitch plans to DSP partners including Artist yearlong plans, release campaigns, and playlist strategies
Facilitate complete and timely submission of artists' content and choosing assets to DSP.
Work with Digital Marketing to ensure full and strategic monetization of back catalog and content
Contribute to strategic digital marketing plans, supporting Digital marketing leads to grow sales and drive conversion
Supervise team and manage digital promotional partner relationships in executing multi-media promotional campaigns within budget according to the GTM strategy.
Provide the Finance department with sales data and be available to review reports alongside Finance department as needed.
Continuously monitor release playlist, chart and YouTube, and other relevant artist performance statics data to identify strategic priorities reporting to EVP Music and A&R Manager weekly.
Analyse track and playlist data to identify sales opportunities for label priorities
Preparing sale reports to drive better business decisions within the business.
KEY CHARACTERISTICS
4-5 yrs experience in the Music Industry, Self-motivated individual, incredibly adept at managing relationships with keen attention to detail and exceptional analytical and trend-spotting skills.
