Job Description
Responsibilities
- Prepare raw doughnuts for frying and bread dough for baking.
- Prepare artisan pastries, bagels, muffins and cookies daily.
- Bake various bread varieties and fry and prepare various varieties of donuts.
- Make fresh pastries every morning including; bagels, cookies, brownies, etc.
- Assist customers with various requests and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through utilization of communication and personal interaction skills.
- Understand proper use of ovens, mixers, scales, and rotating product in walk-in/freezer using FIFO methods.
- Help set up a par list for inventory that way less products are wasted and used FIFO method to ensure that.
- Complete daily production records on raw and finished products
- Ensure daily task is achieved and delivered.
- Keep all tools clean and safe
- Ensure CAYGO at all times
- Teach and train the other cooking staff.
- Any other duties assigned by the management
Requirement
- Candidates should possess an SSCE / OND qualification.
Remuneration
N60,000 Monthly.
