The role will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes.
The role will also be responsible for promoting corporate values and shaping a positive culture with the organization. Furthermore, the role will oversee Company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture ensuring team members thrive and organizational outcomes are met.
Responsibilities
Manage and oversee activities such as job design, recruitment & selection, employee relations, payroll administration, performance management, training & development and talent management.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy.
Develop corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health and safety, expenses, vacation, and other personnel packages.
Manage activities such as job design, recruitment & selection, employee relations, performance management, training & development and talent management.
Devise strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training and development etc.
Ensure effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and retention; and resolve all employee concerns.
Qualifications
First degree from a reputable institution with Postgraduate or Professional qualification in any HR related discipline.
Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, Communications, Operations, Strategies, Marketing etc.
Minimum of 10 years quality work experience.
Experience working in a fast-paced organization will be an added advantage.
