CORE JOB FUNCTIONS
- Conduct detailed research findings and develop profitable sales plan for the company year on year;
- Plan, go-alone and/or coordinate a team to profitably sell E-Terra products and services to corporate organizations in Nigeria and West Africa in line with the company’s marketing objectives and sales plan;
- Ensure that E-Terra annual revenue targets are achieved;
- Maintain win-win mutually beneficial personal relationships with all clients and relevant stakeholders on behalf of E-Terra at all times.
QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE AND PERFORMANCE
- Minimum B. SC / HND in Marketing or related fields. Additional relevant qualifications and certifications would be an added advantage.
- 3 - 7 years practical service sales experience, with proven records of managing a sales team and meeting financial targets.
COMPETENCY AND SKILLS REQUIREMENT
- Proven track record of setting sales goals, meeting targets, and closing deals.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking and leadership skills.
- Excellent ability to provide consultative guidance to prospects and customers.
- Ability to identify new markets and business opportunities to increase sales.
- A quick learner with strong negotiating skills, with a track record of success who can inspire the same in others.
- Proven ability for technical selling and ability to prospect, commercialize and maintain accounts.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to clearly communicate to a variety of audiences including senior management, customers, and co-workers.
- Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories.
- Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions.
- Graphic design, digital marketing/social media management skills, etc.
REMUNERATION: N150,000 monthly salary (subject to increase on good performance upon confirmation), sales commission of up to 20% on each new business deal closed plus other attractive benefits.
