Job Description



Our client, a multi-award-winning Fashion company in Nigeria seeks to employ an academy coordinator to fill the role of an academy coordinator.


Responsibilities



  • Design and develop training plans and programs of the Fashion Academy

  • Manage the Academy programme and oversee the day to day running of the Academy

  • Select appropriate training methods or activities (e.g., simulations, mentoring, professional development classes)

  • Advertise training programs to the public via digital marketing channels

  • Obtain feedback from trainers and trainees after training sessions.

  • Maintain updated database and records of curriculum and trainees.

  • Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment

  • Research and recommend new training methods.


Requirements and skills



  • Proven work experience as a training coordinator, trainer, training facilitator or similar role.

  • Hands-on experience coordinating or organizing training events.

  • Knowledge of learning management systems and digital marketing tools.

  • Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)

  • Familiarity with traditional and modern job training methods and techniques

  • MS Office proficiency and good communications skills

  • OND, HND or BS degree in Education, Training, HR or related field


Salary – N840,000 per annum.
