Job Description
Our client, a multi-award-winning Fashion company in Nigeria seeks to employ an academy coordinator to fill the role of an academy coordinator.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop training plans and programs of the Fashion Academy
- Manage the Academy programme and oversee the day to day running of the Academy
- Select appropriate training methods or activities (e.g., simulations, mentoring, professional development classes)
- Advertise training programs to the public via digital marketing channels
- Obtain feedback from trainers and trainees after training sessions.
- Maintain updated database and records of curriculum and trainees.
- Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment
- Research and recommend new training methods.
Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience as a training coordinator, trainer, training facilitator or similar role.
- Hands-on experience coordinating or organizing training events.
- Knowledge of learning management systems and digital marketing tools.
- Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
- Familiarity with traditional and modern job training methods and techniques
- MS Office proficiency and good communications skills
- OND, HND or BS degree in Education, Training, HR or related field
Salary – N840,000 per annum.
