Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customers’ expectations and the company’s objectives
Analyse sales figures, customers reactions, and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges/stock
Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, distributors, and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities, and time-scales
Maximise customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately
Produce layout plans for stores and maintain store shelves and inventory
Forecast profits/sales and plan budgets
Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clearouts etc
Build constructive customer relationships and team with channel partners to build pipelines and close deals
Remain up to date with the industry’s best practices
Implement and innovate upon store layout plan to best present the product range and your areas of responsibility are perceived by visitors as being a source of inspiration.
Maintain an organized and visually appealing environment for our customers
Utilize space planning tools to ensure simplicity, cost-effectiveness and efficiency in store design
You support the implementation of the store Commercial Calendar
Qualifications
Diploma or Degree
Proven working experience in merchandising
You have a constant desire for renewal.

You have an experience as a Store Visual Merchandiser minimum 1 year, preferably in a supermarket.
