Job Description



  • We are looking to employ a driven Customer Service Representative to relate with our clients to take, note and escalate inquiries or requests concerning the Company’s goods or services.

  • In addition, they prioritize the demands of the clients at each stage of the process and offer options that are customized to those unique circumstances.

  • You should also be able to answer customers’ questions regarding product pricing, availability, features, and benefits.


Responsibilities



  • Relating with Customers to get firsthand complaints and Inquiries

  • Communicating with customers through various channels.

  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.

  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.

  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.


Job Requirements



  • OND / HND / B.Sc

  • Age: 21-30

  • 0 - 1 year experience in customer

  • Tech savvy (Office applications and smartphone operation)

  • Superb oral and written communication skills.


Salary

N110,000 - N180,000 Monthly.
