Job Description
- We are looking to employ a driven Customer Service Representative to relate with our clients to take, note and escalate inquiries or requests concerning the Company’s goods or services.
- In addition, they prioritize the demands of the clients at each stage of the process and offer options that are customized to those unique circumstances.
- You should also be able to answer customers’ questions regarding product pricing, availability, features, and benefits.
Responsibilities
- Relating with Customers to get firsthand complaints and Inquiries
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Job Requirements
- OND / HND / B.Sc
- Age: 21-30
- 0 - 1 year experience in customer
- Tech savvy (Office applications and smartphone operation)
- Superb oral and written communication skills.
Salary
N110,000 - N180,000 Monthly.
