Ticketing and Scheduling Assistant
Responsibilities
Managing, updating and overseeing the company’s master excel sheet
Scheduling tour guides for tours and updating schedule records with tour guide and tourists’ information.
Communicating with tour guides to confirm availabilities and non-availabilities
Handling the purchase, extension, and uploading of tickets, and updating records with ticket information.
Providing recommendations of technology solutions that are suitable for managing company operations.

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
