  • In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Head of Operations to manage scheduling and ticket operations within the company. To be successful in this position you will demonstrate a detailed knowledge of technical and computerbased tools, industry’s best practices, and evidence a professional track record of effectiveness.

Responsibilities



  • Managing, updating and overseeing the company’s master excel sheet

  • Scheduling tour guides for tours and updating schedule records with tour guide and tourists’ information.

  • Communicating with tour guides to confirm availabilities and non-availabilities

  • Handling the purchase, extension, and uploading of tickets, and updating records with ticket information.

  • Providing recommendations of technology solutions that are suitable for managing company operations.

Requirements



  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.

  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

  • The quality of being highly organized and detail-oriented.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
