About the Job
- We are seeking a highly motivated Community Manager to join our team. As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for managing our social media platforms, email campaigns, and related platforms.
- The ideal candidate must have experience in content creation and management, reporting performance analytics to management, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute content strategies that are engaging, fun, emotive, and human-centred for social media, emails, and related platforms.
- Create and manage social media content calendars.
- Monitor and engage with our social media audience and respond to their inquiries promptly.
- Track and report social media performance analytics to management.
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with our marketing and customer service teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
- Keep up-to-date with social media trends and adjust content strategies as needed.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience in content strategy and creation for social media and email marketing.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to report on performance metrics.
- Experience with social media management tools.
- The ability to work independently with little supervision.
- A high level of diligence and organizational skills.
