Job Responsibilities



  • Receive RFQ / RFP / Bid from sales or business team

  • Evaluate the received request for technical feasibility and technical capability  Perform requirement gathering, and/or TSS as applicable

  • Propose a technical solution/response / quotation

  • Review the proposed solution with the team head/lead

  • Prepare technical proposal write-up including solution write-up, solution design diagram, design justification, implementation plan & methodology 

  • Sends approved technical solutions and/or quotations to the sales team

  • Support the sales team in presenting/defending the proposal to the customer

  • Provide clarifications that may be required by the customer from time to time

  • Prepare a report of all pre-sale activities carried out weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly

  • Network hub/base station management

  • ISP vendor management and support

  • Deploy/Manage all hardware/network project

  • Interact with staffs, resolve problems, and provide information on all assigned cases/incidents

  • Regular maintenance of the office hardware/network infrastructures – Proactive & Preventive

  • Deployment of hardware and network solution to clients as assigned by the team lead and/or project manager

  • Supervise/manage hardware/network contractors working on assigned projects.

  • Provide High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) and as-built documents for all assigned project


Job Requirement:



  • BSC/HND Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Physics, or similar fields

  • CCNA / CCNP /other relevant IT certification

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar field
