Responsibilities

• Preparation and arrangement of materials to be used for meal preparation before work begins


• Prepare the baked meals for airlines using the menu specifications provided and communicated safety guidelines


• Preparation of all baked items within set deadlines to avoid delay


• Follow good preservation standards for the proper handling of all food products at the right temperature

Requirements

• Minimum of three years experience on the role.


• Ability to deliver on schedule.


• Knowledge of food production and healthy preservation
