Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:;
- Handling payroll operation and preparing payroll reports.
- Proper monitoring and control of vendors files, invoices and receipts.
- Daily inventories and book keeping.
- Preparation of financial statements, records and payment vouchers.
- Confidentiality and conduct a data base backup when necessary.
- Proper control of the store and all stock.
Qualification and Skill Sets
- A minimum of either HND or BSC in Accounting or other related certificate
- Must have at least 5 and above years of working experience
- Up-to-date with Industry policies and regulations
- MS excel skills and other related accounting software’s
- Good knowledge in the use Dynamic NAV (Navision app) would be an added advantage.
- Experience with general ledger functions
