Job Description
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Preparing and reviewing ledger balances and monthly accounts.
- Completing company tax returns and handling overall company's expenses.
- Preparing and submitting VAT returns and National Insurance contributions.
- Maintaining and monitoring the company’s financial systems.
- Maintaining a record of all receipts and payments.
- Acting as a point of contact for all internal and external financial issues.
- Track expenses and process the invoices of the Company on daily basis.
- Address payment issues.
- Identify new revenue prospects.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Proficient in MS Office and good knowledge of relevant software and databases.
- Strong financial/ accounting skills.
- Excellent in organization skills.
- An active teamplayer.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION
- BSc. in finance, accounting or business required from a recognized university.
- Solid knowledge of financial and accounting operations.
