DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Preparing and reviewing ledger balances and monthly accounts.

  • Completing company tax returns and handling overall company's expenses. 

  • Preparing and submitting VAT returns and National Insurance contributions.

  • Maintaining and monitoring the company’s financial systems.

  • Maintaining a record of all receipts and payments.

  • Acting as a point of contact for all internal and external financial issues.

  • Track expenses and process the invoices of the Company on daily basis.

  • Address payment issues.

  • Identify new revenue prospects.


REQUIRED EXPERIENCE 



  • Proficient in MS Office and good knowledge of relevant software and databases.

  • Strong financial/ accounting skills.

  • Excellent in organization skills.

  • An active teamplayer.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATION 



  • BSc. in finance, accounting or business required from a recognized university.

  • Solid knowledge of financial and accounting operations.
