DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Analyzing industry trends and assessing the financial health of the company.

  • Supervise the documentation of the company’s financial status and forecasts.

  • Perform financial management duties including generating financial data, compiling and submitting reports.

  • Analyzing industry trends and assessing the financial health of the company.

  • Oversee the operations and development of the organization finance departments including creating and reviewing policies, budgeting, recruiting, training and conducting regular assessments of financial procedures.

  • Advise colleagues and executive management on decisions related to the company’s finances.

  • Create strategic business plans based on the analysis of the company’s status and financial forecasts.


REQUIRED EXPERIENCE 



  • Proficient in MS Office and good knowledge of relevant software and databases.

  • Strong financial analysis skills

  • Knowledge of general treasury, forecasting, budgeting and relaxed accounting

  • Excellent in organization and leadership skills.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATION 



  • BSc. in finance, accounting or business required from a recognized university.

  • MBA or advanced degree in finance required.

  • Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures
