Job Description
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Write, proofread, and prepare correspondence and the assigned tasks on Project Manager the Project team requests.
- Work closely and effectively with the GM EPC and Head of PMO to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
- Researchers, prioritizes, and follows up on issues and concerns, as assigned by the GM EPC and Head of PMO, assisting in determination of appropriate course of action, referral, or response.
- Assist the project in the organization and logistical preparation of workshops, seminars, visiting missions, field trips.
- Schedule appointments and Prepare documents such as contracts, reports, correspondence, memos.
- Develop purchase requisition document as required within the PMO and routing them for necessary approvals.
- Facilitate special operational projects as assigned.
- Acts as a barometer having a sense for the issues taking place and keeping the GMC EPC and Head of PMO, updated.
- Assist in managing their communications, including coordinating calendars, emails, phone calls and in person meetings as needed, maintaining confidentiality as appropriate.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Candidate must have at least 0-3 years’ post-graduation experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized, attention to detail with multitasking skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION
- BSc Business Administration or Arts related field from a recognized university.
- Vast knowledge in administrative and organizational operations.
