Job Description
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handling intake, scanning, verification, and storing documents.
- Retrieving files for other employees and clients when needed.
- Maintaining the security of confidential documents.
- Assisting employees with accessing documents through our document management system.
- Keep other personnel updated on new document versions and how to obtain access.
- Collect and register all technical documents such as drawings and blueprints for projects and engineering concerns.
- Makes sure that controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are given to the appropriate staff, subcontractors and suppliers as applicable.
- Maintain the files and control logs as required by the project.
- Develop and implement processes related to document control and management.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Detailed oriented and ability to multitask.
- Excellent organizational skills.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION
- BSc Engineering or Job description relative field from a recognized university.
- Knowledge in administrative, document control and record keeping.
