Job Description
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintaining records of software licenses.
- Support and contribute to ICT-related tasks or projects.
- Liaising with clients and computer users to determine the nature of IT problems.
- Responding to breakdowns and obtaining replacement or specialist components, fixtures or fittings.
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners and more.
- Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults.
- Checking computer equipment for electrical safety.
- Providing technical support across the company.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites/ IT Operations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to set up computer equipment and configure server hardware.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION
- BSc Computer Science or relative field from a recognized university.
- In-depth knowledge of common networking services and computer system.
