Job objective:​



  • To work in and lead the sales, marketing and business development team in the company nationwide.


Qualifications: 



  • First university degree, marketing (MBA or second degree added advantage)

  • Minimum of 7 years experience leading a sales & marketing team preferably in corporate sales of alcoholic beverages​


What we look out for: One who is able to: 



  • Draw up an effective sales and marketing plan that is communicated company wide and aggressively pursued

  • Conduct on an ongoing basis formal and informal competitor  analysis, market research, market trends, emerging market leaders etc.

  • Aggressively canvass and obtain new businesses for the company

  • Manage existing relationships to ensure maximum customer satisfaction to get new businesses from existing customers

  • Measure performance and analyze variance

  • Develop new channels of business
