Job Description
Job objective:
- To work in and lead the sales, marketing and business development team in the company nationwide.
Qualifications:
- First university degree, marketing (MBA or second degree added advantage)
- Minimum of 7 years experience leading a sales & marketing team preferably in corporate sales of alcoholic beverages
What we look out for: One who is able to:
- Draw up an effective sales and marketing plan that is communicated company wide and aggressively pursued
- Conduct on an ongoing basis formal and informal competitor analysis, market research, market trends, emerging market leaders etc.
- Aggressively canvass and obtain new businesses for the company
- Manage existing relationships to ensure maximum customer satisfaction to get new businesses from existing customers
- Measure performance and analyze variance
- Develop new channels of business
