We are looking for Sales and Marketing Officers to assist in the advertising and sales of the company’s products. Preference is for an individual who has previously worked as a sales / marketing personnel in a starch or Pharmaceutical Industry.

Engage in personal interactions with respect in relation to your product/service that is being promoted.
Comprehensive marketing analytics to assess how a campaign’s marketing is doing.
Make sure marketing materials are effectively distributed to the intended people.
Develop and increase awareness of the brand of your organization to improve the performance of sales.
To control and coordinate the area sales and marketing activities.
To ensure the achievement of the highest level of sales at good profit levels.
To obtain the efficient operation of the sales team and their job satisfaction.
To collect information on the activities of dealers of the same products or competing products.
Ensure customer satisfaction and continued patronage by following their sales requirements and passing problems beyond you to the Head of Sales
Monitor market trends, product performance, price trends, and new outlets and then supply the information to the Head of Sales
Requirements
A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputable institution
3-5 years of working experience in sales and marketing from FMCG, B2B Sales or preferably experience in food grade starch or pharmaceutical starch industry sales
Good team player and resourceful in project completion.
Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Flexibility in learning new skills and techniques.
Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis, and statistics methods
Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
Proficient in Excel and marketing software/tools
Familiarity with social media and web analytics
Excellent communication and people skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
