Key Duties and Responsibilities

• To supervise daily activities of the warehouse, including quality assurance, inventory control, logistics, shipping and customer service.


• To schedule and oversee warehouse team to meet the demands of the stores and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency.


• To inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly and oversee general maintenance as needed.


• To meet regularly with warehouse stakeholders to review, analyze, and develop actionable plans for productivity and loss prevention.


• To maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations.


• To oversee and manage logistics utilized to transport products to customers and internal facilities, communicating with drivers to ensure efficient delivery of products.


• To liaise with relevant regulatory agencies.


• Security management. 


• Other duties as may be assigned.

Requirements

Education and Work Experience 

• Qualification to degree level


• A higher degree and professional qualification.


• 8 years cognate experience
