Responsibilities



  • Keep front desk tidy and presentable at all times.

  • Greet and welcome guests

  • Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages

  • Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them

  • Maintain and update company databases

  • Answer queries by employees and clients

  • Ensure staffs fill in the attandance register upon arrival.

  • Arrange travel and accommodations

  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary

  • Keep updated records and files


Requirements and Skills



  • BA / BSc / HND; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus

  • Proven work experience as a Front desk, Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role

  • Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude

  • Attention to detail

  • Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.)

  • Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)

  • Strong communication and people skills

  • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
