Job Description
Develop and maximize the relationship with existing and latent clients, including OEMs, sub-contractors, regulatory and licensing authorities, etc.
Constantly review and update MPI internal processes to ensure that we deliver excellent services and value to our clients
Identify, and exploit business opportunities and present same in an actionable manner, this will include research, attending industry expos and meetings, up-selling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients,
Constantly educate, advise, and share with clients about new projects, new opportunities, and services offered by MPI, including publishing regular newsletters, updating information on the company website, and organising breakfast meetings, exhibitions and customer interactive sessions.
Manage customer expectations including conflict resolutions and complaints management in a responsive and timely manner.
Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys quarterly and half-yearly, noting areas of concern, underperformance, satisfactory performance, etc. Providing effective feedback by way of actionable reports and lessons learned register.

Provide key support to all Business development activities including tender responses, new business, delivery of team targets, meetings, and other engagements that may be assigned to you from time to time
Requirements
Degree in Management, Marketing, Communication or a similar field.
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office
Customer-oriented
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
