Core Responsibilities
- Over-all Sales & Revenue growth of the Conglomerate
- Management of the entire Sales-force
- Supervision of the Sales HoDs
- Oversight of the articulation & execution of Sales strategies & projects
- Management of the Group's Sales Mix strategies
- Identification of new markets & leadership of their entry strategies
- Oversight of Group's Sales Planning & Budgeting
- Management of key Sales partners
- Driving of Sales-force empowerment, discipline & motivation
- Full & seamless cooperation with all support functions
- Attainment of Group's Receivables goals/targets
- Management of overall cost of Sales operation
Job Specification
- Minimum of a B.Sc. Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Electrical / Electronic Engineering, etc - possession of an MBA will be a very strong advantage
- Minimum of 15 years Sales Management experience
- Minimum of 5 years managerial experience in the electronics industry.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a GM role
- Not less than 45 years of age.
