  • Develop growth strategies and plans.

  • Actively and successfully manage the sales process: lead generation (online and offline); credentials pitch; asking questions; solution pitch; negotiation; close.

  • Responsible for ensuring all sales opportunities to RevPro are captured and explored.

  • Work with your line supervisor to devise and implement various corporate plans, reports and forecasts for the short and longer term to enhance the external profile of RevPro’s business and commercial activities and maximize income generation opportunities;

  • Be responsible for RevPro’s commercial business plans and targets including income generation targets, leading the staff team to ensure these are achieved;

  • Meet financial targets laid down by the Managing Partner;

  • Maintain effective relationships with Revpro’s existing clients in order to retain business;

  • Develop new business relationships, generate and negotiate new income for RevPro to an agreed annual target;

  • Present RevPro to potential clients through communication in face-to-face meetings, telephone calls and emails;

  • Represent RevPro at meetings, events and tradeshows with a view to gaining new business leads and contacts;

  • Create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts and any further documentation, following RevPro procedures;

  • Respond to tenders and requests for information in atimely manner;

  • Comply with all legislative requirements, together with the policies and procedures of RevPro and to ensure this is applied by staff, vendors and clients;

  • Identify RFP, EOI and Tender Opportunities;

  • Own the response to RFPs, EOIs and Tenders from start to finish;

  • Proactively develop compelling proposals and presentations;

  • Coordinate input and information to create compelling, concise and highly visuals presentations;

  • Create and customize winning presentations;

  • Identify and map business strengths and customer needs;

  • Report on success and areas needing improvements;

  • Inter state travel requirement (60%).


Requirements



  • HND / B.Sc. in Marketing, Communication and any other related field;

  • 3+ years of experience in Marketing;

  • Experience working in the ICT industry on government contracts is a plus;

  • Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills;

  • Exceptional attention to detail;

  • Experience presenting to senior-level client;

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
