Assist the People and Culture Department in recruitment processes, scheduling meetings and events, e.t.c;
Assist in researching professional events for key positions in the organization;
Assist in all administrative duties including booking flights, attending to requests, booking hotels, procurement, filing of documents, e.tc;
Assist in managing company vehicles and drivers;
Assist in onboarding process;
Assist in scheduling trainings for employees according to company policy;
Assist in managing all company assets;
Assist in drafting and reviewing company policies;
And any other administrative and HR duties assigned.
Qualifications
A University Degree in Business Administration, Law, International Relations or any other related;
Fresh Graduate/NYSC Corps Member;
Strong interest in Human Resources;
Goal oriented;
Ability to learn in a fast paced environment;
Excellent oral and written communication;
Proactive;
Excellent time management;
Excellent report writing skills.
