Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute product, operations, and business development strategies


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality programs and drive sales growth


• Continuously improve and optimize product and operations processes


• Manage program budgets and resources


• Analyze program performance data and implement improvements


• Oversee the formation of business partnerships and negotiation of contracts


• Lead company's planning and execution of strategies to increase sales and company growth


• Manage business development and sales staff


• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders


• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field; MBA or PMP certification preferred


• 5+ years of Edtech experience, with 3 years in a program, project management, or business development role


• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills


• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
