Job Description
Location: Surulere, Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Attend to customers and follow up on calls and queries.
- Liaise with Operations Manager in respect of calls logged.
- Confirm all items handed over to the department.
- Ensure all lights and selected appliances (which they are custodians of) are put on/off as at when required.
- Ensure all doors and gates are opened and locked as at when due.
- Ensure safe keeping off all office and vehicle keys.
- Receive information from different locations and direct to the proper offices for prompt attention.
- Maintain inventory and movement register of items brought into the control room organization.
- Monitor activities to apprehend culprits in damage/theft to organizations assets.
- Maintain archive of CCTV recordings for future reference.
- Monitoring fuel purchased for and consumed per trip for each vehicle.
- Perform Control Room dailyoperationswith high integrity and efficiency.
- MonitorCCTV and report any unusual activity to the appropriate quarters.
- Respond promptly to the radio checks, made by the staff and keep accurate records of all communication.
Job Requirements
- Mininumof OND / HND and relevant job experience.
- Must be computer literate
- Must have the ability to work with CCTV
- Must have good communication skills
- Must be anexcellentteam player
- Must have excellent report writting skills
- Must possees sound security knowledge.
