Develop company policies and make same in accordance with regulatory laws
Perform Company Secretarial roles
Structure, draft and review reports and other legal documents
Draft and administer all contracts, negotiate deals and attend company meetings.
Assist in developing corporate policies and guidelines to enhance business opportunities.
Assist in planning, developing, implementing and management of key business issues and protocols.
Advise the executives and employees on changes to the laws affecting the company.
Prepare the necessary legal documents and ensure the company fills out and submits all its legal paperwork in line with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Creation, upkeep and maintenance of an accurate record keeping, filing and retrieval process of the corporate and secretarial documents
Organize, facilitate and document Board meetings.
Liaise with external Solicitors and Barristers regarding businesses of the Company.
Qualifications
LL.B or B.L
Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
Knowledge of Nigerian Company law, Business Law, Regulatory Laws
