Job Summary



  • This role is perfect for a well-connected sales professional who will play a crucial role in building Nigeria’s leading feminine care brand. Reporting the CMO, the dial candidate is a self-starter with hands-on market expertise to lead brand'smarketing and sales strategy and operations in Nigeria.


Roles & Responsibilities



  • Lead the sales strategy in Nigeria, overseeing both the main period care product as well as the brand'ssocial impact programmes

  • Develop and maintain sales pipeline; nurture business relationships with partners to maximize growth

  • Coordinate with contractors/agencies to assist with sales operations

  • Manage sales budget, forecasting and reporting

  • Opportunity to grow into overseeing new markets, so ideally open to travel


Requirements



  • A Degree holders in any discipline will be considered

  • 5 - 8 years of marketing/ sales experience in consumer goods industry

  • Experience in a feminine care industry is preferred

  • Strong Sales (online & offline) experience required

  • Hands-on contract negotiation and fulfillment knowledge

  • Great communicator with strong interpersonal and organizational skill

  • Driving license is a plus
