Job Overview
- We’re looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist with particular emphasis on tech recruiting. You will own from ideation to execution, the entire recruiting process for all technical roles and some non-technical roles. You will be responsible for improving the entire recruiting process. Your role would involve working closely with functional managers while designing and implementing the entire recruiting strategy.
- You should be able to attract candidates using various sources, ensure Branch attracts, hires and retains the best talents, while growing a strong talent pipeline.
Here are some things you'll do
- Own the recruitment lifecycle for all our tech roles; from sourcing and scheduling to closing, while ensuring a positive and efficient experience for all candidates
- Work closely with hiring managers to build recruitment strategies and pipelines for assigned roles
- Build processes and capabilities for a world-class recruiting organization
- Develop analytical and well documented recruiting metrics / reports and provide actionable insights to the general People Ops team
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
About You
- 2+ years of experience as a successful recruiter (particularly for tech roles) in a high-growth tech start-up
- Excellent written and verbal communicator who listens first and seeks to understand
- Passionate about delivering excellent candidate experience
- Intermediate Microsoft Office and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented, inquisitive, and able to work with a multi-functional global team
- Autonomous, proactive, and comfortable owning a project from start to finish
