Job Description



We need a young and agile Sales & Marketing Analyst  with experience in Sales and Marketing in Diagnostic Laboratory or Hospital setting that would lead our sales. 


Responsibilities



  • Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives. 

  • Meet defined objectives, mainly sales targets (value & volume), brand growth and market penetration.

  • Ensure that sales targets are met for molecular tests such as Hepatitis, HPV, TB and HIV.

  • Implements marketing and advertising campaigns by preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations 

  • Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.9

  • Supports office staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analysis, new product information 

  • Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities. 

  • Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business. 

  • Research and build relationships with new clients. 

  • Formulate, develop and implement appropriate marketing strategies and business plans. 

  • Explore and exploit new markets, develop sales and brand awareness through networking and collaboration. 

  • Relationship management with customers and sourcing of new prospects. 

  • Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders.

  • Working closely with research and development unit and assisting with new product launches. 

  • Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives. 

  • Analyzing potential strategic partner relationships for company.

  • Ensure accurate documentation while maintaining privacy and confidentiality of patient/client data 

  • Maintain thorough and accurate record keeping of client data and critical business data.

  • Coordinate correspondence with government agencies/standards and other related regulatory bodies, ensuring strict compliance to obligations.


Requirements



  • Experience working with HMOs, hospitals, laboratories.

  • Excellent computer skills and tech savvy 

  • Excellent people and leadership skills 

  • Strong project management skills 

  • Strong communication (written and oral) skills 

  • Well-dressed and well-spoken.
