- Interested candidates should possess an HND or BSc in relevant fields.
- 8-15 years of cognate experience as a food and beverage manager in the hospitality industry.
- Develop and manage the hotel"s food and beverage operations.
- Train and Manage Staff
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Managing budgets and financial performance
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations.
- Develop and implement market strategies.
- Collaborate with other departments.
