Job Description



Responsibilities



  • Supervise the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained and operational.

  • Work closely with the Group Operations Officer to manage budgets and ensure that all operational expenses are within budget.

  • Hire, train and supervise staff, including housekeeping, maintenance and security personnel.

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive preventive maintenance schedule for all properties.

  • Maintain utility bills and subscriptions across all properties and ensure a no failure policy

  • Develop and implement processes to ensure that all guests receive exceptional service.

  • Conduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure that all facilities are in good condition and meet our high standards.

  • Work with external vendors and contractors to ensure that all maintenance and repairs are carried out in a timely manner.

  • Oversee the management of all guest complaints and ensure that all issues are resolved quickly and effectively.


Qualifications



  • At least 5 years of experience in facility/operations management, preferably in the hospitality industry.

  • Excellent leadership and management skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Knowledge of budgeting and financial management.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
