Location (Ikorodu Area)
A newly licensed Micro Finance Bank in Lagos is looking for experienced and success-driven Relationship Managers (RMs) with proven experience in
the management of retail and group loans in the informal markets sector.
The RMs responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through email and phone, we’d like to meet you.
Requirements and skills
- Proven experience in Sales/Marketing in the Micro-Finance Banking sector
- Proven experience in cash collection, savings mobilization and retail/group
- loans management in the informal markets sector
- Proficiency in English and must reside around IKORODU Area (compulsory)
- A good understanding of Lagos markets’ dynamics
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Minimum of OND
- Minimum of 2 YEARS Sales/Marketing (Microfinance) experience
Responsibilities
- Meet and maintain monthly sales targets
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Manage and grow existing relationships effectively
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their business needs and concerns
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Participate on behalf of the company in market exhibitions
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
