Key Tasks
To boost the deposit mobilization arm of the bank
HNI acquisition and deposit mobilization
HNI management
Stakeholders management
Develop and implement a business plan for identified target market.
Develop and implement a business development plan to improve the deposit mobilization.
Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients and individual depositors
Build new relationships with existing customers and new customers
Advice client of deposit status Innovate and develop attractive value-added deposit products.
Innovate and improve ways of rewarding depositors in terms of interest-earning on ordinary deposits, and fixed deposits.
Minimum Requirements
B.Sc. or HND in Finance, Accounting. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in deposit mobilization.
Professional qualification is an added advantage.
A significant volume of money as CASA
Target and results oriented and willing to take responsibilities
Possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with a basic level of sophistication in personal interaction and grooming
