Overview

• We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Operations Team Lead to oversee all aspects of our organization's operations.


• The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective way, improving operational management systems, processes, and best practices, and formulating strategic and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.


• Manage day-to-day operations, including production, inventory, and supply chain management.


• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement.


• Oversee and manage a team of operational staff, providing leadership, direction, and support.


• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and achieve business goals.


• Develop and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.


• Maintain an entrepreneurial mindset to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field.


• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in Operations Management or similar role.


• Strong knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.


• Familiarity with business and financial principles.


• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.


• Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead a team.


• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
