Job Overview

• We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.


• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.


• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring appropriate mitigation strategies are in place.


• Manage project teams, providing guidance and direction to ensure effective collaboration and high-quality project outcomes.


• Monitor project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders, and ensuring that project objectives are met.


• Ensure that all project documentation is completed accurately and on time, including project plans, status reports, and change requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.


• At least 4 years of project management experience.


• Demonstrated experience managing complex projects, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource management.


• Strong leadership and team management skills.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• PMP certification is a plus.
