  • Coordinate the process of ordering and re-orders level in order to avoid stock out

  • Handle queries or complaints from customers in order to guarantee customer satisfaction.

  • Participate in the supply chain of stocks and ensure all logistics problems are sorted.

  • Carry out store visit when required so as to ensure standard and modern trend in retail is maintained.

  • Participate in on the job training of the staff especially in the area of product knowledge and customer service.

  • Participate in the Recruitment process of sales staff.

  • Allocate areas to sales representatives in order to promote sales.

  • Monitoring your team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets.

  • Analysing and managing sales figures.

  • Collecting market research and customer feedback an identifying problems/patterns.

  • Reporting back to senior managers.

  • Developing sales strategies and setting targets.

  • Marketing of the unit (Fashion) both online and physical so as to generate new leads.

  • Keeping up to date with products and competitors.


Requirements



  • Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND qualification with 3 - 9 years work experience.
