Develop and implement advocacy strategies to advance HURIDAC's policy goals
Monitor policy developments and conduct research and analysis to inform advocacy efforts
Develop project proposals in collaboration with team members
Coordinate with partners and stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of projects
Monitor and evaluate program activities to ensure that they meet project objectives and are implemented in accordance with organizational policies and procedures
Prepare regular progress reports for management and other stakeholders
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including policymakers, civil society organizations, and the media
Draft and disseminate advocacy materials, including policy briefs, reports, and press releases
Coordinate with other team members and partners to ensure effective advocacy campaigns
Contribute to the development of strategies and plans for HURIDAC's programs
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and donor requirements
Represent HURIDAC at relevant meetings, conferences, and events
Draft and disseminate advocacy materials, including policy briefs, reports, and press releases
Coordinate with other team members and partners to ensure effective advocacy campaigns
Monitor and evaluate the impact of advocacy activities and adjust strategies as needed

Requirements:
Minimum of bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. human rights, international development, social sciences, etc.); Master's degree preferred
At least 3 years of experience in resource mobilisation; managing programs and implementing advocacy activities, preferably in the NGOs and charity sector.
Excellent project management skills, including budgeting and financial management, monitoring and evaluation, and report writing
Experience developing project proposals and engagement with donors
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
Experience building and maintaining relationships with policymakers, civil society organizations, and the media
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills
Fluency in English is required, proficiency in French language is a plus
